These days Simony gave birth to Antony, her fourth child! Simony is the mother of Ryan, Aisha and Pietra and in all births she gave birth via cesarean section. Antony was born on October 25 at Pró Matre in São Paulo and weighed 3455.00. The baby had to be born almost 1 month earlier than expected because Simony had a more serious picture of high blood pressurein this final stretch of pregnancy. Dr. Albertina Duarte, the doctor who followed all Simony’s previous pregnancies, said that it was the first time that she had this problem of high blood pressure and then, when she had no choice, they had to deliver the baby at risk of eclampsia. In an interview with the EGO website, the doctor who accompanies the singer said that the pressure was high, but shortly after delivery, a dose of medication was administered which made the high blood pressure stable quickly.
But 4 cesarean sections? I have always heard that the maximum number of cesareans is 3 and that more than that would be dangerous. But what is the truth in this story, is it dangerous or not? Well, according to doctors, the risk of a 4th cesarean or even a 4th pregnancy after 3 cesarean sections is the cut of the previous surgeries to break if severe labor or even the natural growth of the uterus during pregnancy. So a pregnancy after 3 cesarean sections, the doctor has to be super attentive to any signs of labor. Usually the precaution begins in the prenatal period, doctors usually ask for ultrasound to monitor the scars of previous cesarean sections and it is also recommended that the mother avoid weights and any signs of pain or unusual symptoms, talk to her doctor.
For delivery there is a specific place for the cut, with little difference, it would be millimeters from one cut to another and so one
cut can be on top of the other and then the scar becomes a sensitive place and susceptible to ruptures. There are also cases where adhesions of the uterine walls can happen. The placenta needs to stick to the walls of the uterus and in a way it can “hurt” the uterus. They say that each cesarean delivery that the woman has a chance to make recovery more difficultand also more painful. With me it was like that, in the first delivery the recovery was great, in the second cesarean delivery it was a little slower and in the third time it was very painful days, but of course, as always we must know that each case is different. Everything can also depend on the capacity healing of the parturient. Medical follow-up is precious in these cases of 4 consecutive cesarean deliveries, or with short intervals, making a good prenatal, any risk decreases considerably as it was in the case of Simony who at the slightest alarm signal the obstetrician opted for delivery.
In relation to the increase in pressure, the riskiest is preeclampsia . The body releases enzymes that can cause the pressure to rise too high and thus lead the pregnant woman to a fatal case of this disease, which affects 1 in every 100 pregnant women in the world. The control is done by the doctor during pregnancy and even after delivery she can still be maintained for up to 40 days. See more on this subject here . In any case, your doctor will keep an eye on you and should check you frequently to see if there is any risk.

My name is Dr. Alexis Hart I am 38 years old, I am the mother of 3 beautiful children! Different ages, different phases 16 years, 12 years and 7 years. In love with motherhood since always, I found it difficult to make my dreams come true, and also some more after I was already a mother.
Since I imagined myself as a mother, in my thoughts everything seemed to be much easier and simpler than it really was, I expected to get pregnant as soon as I wished, but it wasn’t that simple. The first pregnancy was smooth, but my daughter’s birth was very troubled. Joana was born in 2002 with a weight of 2930kg and 45cm, from a very peaceful cesarean delivery but she had already been born with congenital pneumonia due to a broken bag not treated with antibiotics even before delivery.
