Changing Diapers: Do you imagine yourself a father when you were younger?
Flávio: During my childhood and adolescence I never imagined myself as a father, the desire for fatherhood only arose after a few years of marriage.
Changing Diapers: What is your coolest memory of your father? Are you trying to be a father like yours was?
Flávio: My father provided me with a great childhood, and the best memories were the camps and the fishing we did together. I don’t try to be like my father, because today I know his mistakes and failures, I try to be much better, dedicating myself to educating him in the best possible way.
Changing Diapers: What did you think when you received the news of the pregnancy?
Flávio: Upon receiving the news, happiness is accompanied by a million doubts, is it a boy or a girl, will I know how to take care, will I be a good father, will I be able to educate him correctly ??… and so on go
Changing Diapers: And what do you think of a new pregnancy?
Flávio: Well, if God allows me, I will soon be able to answer you, because for the moment only Samuel gave the air of grace.
Changing Diapers: And the first contact with the baby, how was it, what did you feel?
Flávio: I felt a different and profound love.

Flávio: I always changed my baby’s diapers, I’m not disgusted or lazy.

Flávio: To be a Father is to love not only in words, but in attitudes.
Changing Diapers: A tip for future dads?
Flávio: Future dads, keep in mind that a new being needs special care for the next 20 years at least; the happiness and joy of being a Father will be accompanied by unanswered questions, a moment of stress, helplessness, sadness and even loneliness. However, when we put everything on the scale, we can see that marriage and family will be strengthened.
