Mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, pickles and even a rosé sauce, add color and a special flavor. Remembering that I always give a toast on bread, whether it is traditional or whole , I think it is much more delicious and crunchy. I usually use the loaf of bread that has seeds around it like oats and other cereals, but this recipe is also very nice with ciabata bread, leaf bread and with Wrap or pita bread.
These two variations of the natural sandwich are the favorites here at home, and are in the order, first and second place in the taste of gremilins.
Natural Chicken Sandwich with curd and corn
- Half chicken breast cooked in salted water and shredded and sautéed with garlic, onion and paprika
- Loaf of bread (whole or traditional)
- 2 generous spoons of curd, either by glass or catupiry cheese
- 1 can of corn
- Vinaigrette of tomatoes, carrots, onions and peppers (to taste, you can change the ingredients)
So it is like that, first I mix the braised chicken and corn with the cheese in order to form a paste . Reserve, then with the toasted bread either by the frying pan or electric oven, pass a quantity of the paste with chicken and corn on the bread, be generous because it supports and is very tasty. On top you can place the vinaigrette, but in moderation so as not to drain the sauce. You can also exchange the vinaigrette for a rose sauce of condiments, if you like.
Natural Tuna Sandwich With White Cheese
- 2 cans of solid tuna
- 2 finely chopped tomatoes
- Finely chopped lettuce
- White cheese slices
- 1 large spoon of mayonnaise
I mix the tuna with the mayonnaise and season with a little Worcestershire sauce and parsley and then do the same process as the chicken sandwich. Put the tomato salad with lettuce on top of the paste, so it doesn’t slip. A drizzle of olive oil on top of the salad can also give a more special taste. Cover with white cheese and voilá! Decorate the sandwich with faces and use your imagination to complement and very well to attract your child’s appetite. Change the soda with natural juice, it combines much more with this snack. These two natural sandwiches are eaten by the kids here at home.
