Breast Massage for Breastfeeding

Index

Guys I made a video talking about my experience with breastfeeding and how at first I learned that the initial milk can become more fluid. I felt lost and how it hurts a lot when the milk comes down, because the breast is almost always hard and with us. The mother is always worried and apprehensive at this time and so I decided to help teach a massage and some tricks to undo the knot in the breast milk. Breastfeeding is essential, if you have milk breastfeed your baby and maybe you can donate the excess milk! Every baby will be protected from various diseases with all the benefits that breast milk provides.

And if you have milk left, donate! Donating breast milk means being able to give breastfeeding a chance to those who have not had a chance to breastfeed. The donation center is located in maternity wards and collection points in your city across the country. To find a breast milk bank closest to your home or work, visit LOBALE and make inquiries by zip code, address or city. Donate, breastfeed, let this precious liquid be your baby’s food source and also many others. Donate milk, donate life!

My name is Dr. Alexis Hart I am 38 years old, I am the mother of 3 beautiful children! Different ages, different phases 16 years, 12 years and 7 years. In love with motherhood since always, I found it difficult to make my dreams come true, and also some more after I was already a mother.

Since I imagined myself as a mother, in my thoughts everything seemed to be much easier and simpler than it really was, I expected to get pregnant as soon as I wished, but it wasn’t that simple. The first pregnancy was smooth, but my daughter’s birth was very troubled. Joana was born in 2002 with a weight of 2930kg and 45cm, from a very peaceful cesarean delivery but she had already been born with congenital pneumonia due to a broken bag not treated with antibiotics even before delivery.
