The wonderful phase of breastfeeding is no longer exclusive, new foods have been added and new flavors are already part of your little one’s life. However, you do not have much idea of ​​how to prepare tasty soups, much less combine vegetables, types of meat since the soup routine is very different from the foods we adults consume. Therefore, we decided to make a list to help you with the options and combinations of soups for grown ups and to ensure that your baby has a complete, healthy and very tasty meal. So hot that even daddies will surrender and want to eat too.

There are many options and combinations of vegetables, legumes and grains that can be used with chicken and bovine meat to make the baby food for very tasty growth and introduce spices to make it even more delicious.

 

Chicken soup with pumpkin

  • 300 grams of chopped chicken breast
  • 2 cups and a half (tea) of chopped and peeled pumpkin
  • 3 cups chopped cabbage
  • 1 chopped chayote
  • ½ cup of noodle tea for soup
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 clove of crushed garlic

Preparation mode:

In a pan place the spoon of oil and sauté the crushed garlic, when golden place the chopped chicken breast to brown. Place the pumpkin, cabbage and chayote next to the chicken and fill with 3 liters of water and cook over low heat until all the ingredients are soft, finally put the pasta to cook and when it is soft, turn it off. The soup can be served mashed, sifted or simply cut into small pieces.

Note: Chicken combines very well with broccoli, peas, mandioquinha, carrots and cabbage.

Beef Soup with Cassava

  • 300 grams of minced beef (muscle, chest or arm)
  • 3 medium chopped mandiocs
  • 2 finely chopped carrots
  • 1 finely chopped kale leaf
  • 1 tablespoon chopped onion
  • 1 clove of crushed garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of oil or olive oil
  • ½ cup of raw rice

Preparation mode:

Heat the oil or olive oil in the pan and sauté the onion and garlic. Then add the meat and brown, place the chopped cabbage, the mandioquinha, the carrot, the rice and complete with 2 liters of water. Cook over low heat until the vegetables are tender. Serve mashed or in pieces.

Vegetable Soup

  • 1 medium potato, chopped
  • 1 chopped chayote
  • 1 medium carrot, chopped
  • 1 spoon of olive oil or oil
  • 1 tablespoon chopped onion
  • 1 clove of crushed garlic

Preparation mode:

Sauté the oil or oil in a pan and brown the onion and garlic, add the vegetables and add salt to taste. Top with 150 ml of water and cook over low heat until the vegetables are ready to knead. Let it thicken and serve.

Bean porridge with noodles

  • 2 cups of cooked and seasoned beans
  • 1 cup of angel hair pasta or for soup already cooked
  • 1 thinly sliced ​​spinach leaf
  • 1 clove of crushed garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of oil or olive oil
  • Water
  • Salt to taste

Preparation mode:

Beat the beans in a blender and then sauté with olive oil and garlic. With the fire on, put the pasta, spinach and cook until the spinach is very soft. Spinach can be substituted for other options like broccoli and beans for peas or lentils .

Dessert for Crescidinhos – Fruit Jelly

  • 1 box of strawberry jelly
  • 10 washed and sliced ​​strawberries
  • 2 flakes of water

Preparation mode:

Beat the strawberries in a blender with a glass of water, then dissolve the gelatin with the other glass of boiling water. Then mix the juice with the gelatin and place in a bowl in the refrigerator to harden, then just serve. The fruit can be replaced by mango or pineapple and the flavor of the gelatin accompanies the flavor of the fruit.
