Do you know Tiago and Gabi? They are mega cute, I was super fan of their videos! They are pregnant with Manuh and post videos about this new phase of their lives, fears, wishes, happiness, difficulties and everything else that they have faced in this beautiful phase of pregnancy. A brief and unpretentious interview, just to get to know a little more about this super cool story with the great atmosphere it has in your videos! Gabi and Tiago and Manuh it is a great honor to have you here! Enjoy!
Changing Diapers: How did you find out about pregnancy?
Gabi: I stopped taking pills in December, and on the first day late I already knew! I bought these pharmacy tests and it was a super weak line. I called my doctor and ordered the beta!
Changing Diapers: What did you feel when you heard about the pregnancy?
Gabi: Fear, happiness, apprehension, anguish, everything you can imagine !!
Changing Diapers: What did Gabi feel at the time of the positive?
Gabi: At the time it was an absurd happiness… I remember that I opened the result on the computer without Tiago seeing it and I was shaking a lot… it was a unique sensation, difficult to describe with words!
Changing Diapers: What was Thiago’s reaction?
Gabi: He said: I WILL BE A FATHER ???? And started to cry, hahahaha
Changing Diapers: And tell the family?
Gabi: We waited a bit to tell. We wanted to make sure that the pregnancy was in the right place … Anyway, we only count after the first consultation! We left the office (it was almost 6 weeks old) and started calling. The best reaction came from Tiago’s mother and grandmother! He asked to speak to his grandmother and for her to repeat aloud what he was going to say. Then she said: Mara (she repeated) You are going to be a grandma! Then she repeated “you will be…, you called, screamed and started to cry, lol. Then Tiago’s mother (Mara) picked up the phone, started crying and cursing us…. it was really funny !!!
Changing Diapers: Did you plan your pregnancy? Was it quick to get pregnant or was it naturally without neuras?
Gabi: We plan more or less … I stopped the pill, but we thought it would take time to happen … We were really planning for the second semester … But, Manuh was already ready to come !!!
Changing Diapers: Gabi, how is Tiago like Daddy so far?
Gabi: He is super affectionate, attentive and mega concerned with everything !! He’s always talking to her … I think he’ll be a super present father, you know ?! Of those who change diapers and everything ?! (so I pray all night !! lol)
Changing Diapers: Who will change baby’s diapers at dawn?
Gabi: I HOPE IT !!!! He’s a night owl, which can help me a lot !!!
Changing Diapers: Thiago is already prepared for his daughter’s jealousy when he starts talking about boyfriends? (I have two girls and here at home is a drama! lol)
Tiago: No, I’m not the jealous type… Even because she is completely free to do whatever she wants, like dating, after the age of 30 kkkkkk
Changing Diapers: Changing the focus a little, how did you receive the news of the ectopic pregnancy in the first pregnancy?
Gabi: It was a scare … I didn’t even know I was pregnant … It was all together: You are pregnant, but it is an ectopic pregnancy and you cannot go on. It was really a bar … we are not really expecting to have a baby and we didn’t even feel prepared for it, we were still maturing this idea when it happened. But due to the ectopic experience, this maturation process was accelerated, and soon we would be sure of the need for Manuh in our lives!
Changing Diapers: After that, did you have problems getting pregnant, fears or even physically was it more complicated? Any treatment?
Gabi: No. My doctor asked to wait 2 to 6 months. We waited 5 and got pregnant quickly!
Changing Diapers: Did you plan your pregnancy? Was it quick to get pregnant or was it naturally without neuras?
Gabi: We were planning for the second half of this year, but I stopped taking the pill, smoking and drinking to cleanse my system. But I got pregnant right away! We didn’t think it would be that fast!
Changing Diapers: Gabi, how long will you breastfeed?
Gabi: At least 6 months… But I don’t have the maximum!
Changing Diapers: How was Manu’s name chosen?
Gabi: I always knew that my first child would be a girl and that the name would be Manuela. I always liked Manuela and since we started dating we already had the name if it was a girl.
But things change… We started to call her just Manuh and like that !! Now it’s Manuh!
Changing Diapers: How does Gabi take care of her body and diet?
Gabi: Gabi takes care of her body and diet, lol… There are days when she eats very well and there are days that she ends up with a bar of chocolate in a millisecond!
Yeah… I’m not an example to be followed… I’ve always been a crazy regime, you know ?! But as only whole things, I drink a lot of water and do yoga and gestational water aerobics. I think it’s helping a little bit !!

Joana was born in 2002 with a weight of 2930kg and 45cm, from a very peaceful cesarean delivery but she had already been born with congenital pneumonia due to a broken bag not treated with antibiotics even before delivery.
