Home Office X Caring for Children

Index

In the world of modernity and total female independence that we live in today, more and more mothers leave motherhood aside to pursue their careers and build their dream of professional fulfillment. Many leave the dream of being a mother as a background and those who already have their children seek alternatives to be able to continue their professional life.

The options in the past were basically nurseries, babysitters, schools, grandpas or even some family member who was available for this mission of such responsibility. However, for mothers, children were never cared for in their own way or the way they would like. The desire to be accompanying each step and new discovery of the child’s lifeit is also a dull thought that every day hurts when you leave it to go to work. Thanks to modernity, the home office was created for the joy of concerned mothers and companies that would not like to lose their good employees, so dedicated and competent in their area. In the beginning, only companies related to Information Technology and IT provided home office vacancies for their employees, ensuring quality service with the employee inside their own home. But this type of service has expanded to the delight of women, and other areas have been adapting to this new type of work.

Currently the home office adapts to the work of people who have decided to work for themselves or for those who remain linked to the company to which they were hired. Preparing a comfortable workplace that can meet all your needs. But what about when the decision is made by a mother with children? How to work and dedicate at the same time to children? Is it really possible to concentrate on work and be looking after the children? And the answer is clear and objective: yes, but with a lot of patience! Rs Whoever tells you that it is easy and quiet is lying, believe me. Reconciling attention to work with the constant requests of children, with the noise of the TV, the desire to eat something and going to the bathroom is not easy. And when you need to take a call from a customer andyour son scandalously calls you to clean him in the bathroom? All of this is part of a mother’s home office, but knowing that they are there in your sight, under your care has no value to pay!

How to Reconcile the Home Office with Child Care?

Doing home office requires a lot of determination and a lot of organization, even for those who do not have children. If you don’t know how to divide your time and space, everything will go downhill. Counting on the collaboration of everyone in the household is essential to being able to work without going crazy and talking to your partner and your children is the first step. Make it clear that it is not because you are at home that you are 100% available and that you will not be able to go out, stroll and do whatever you want when requested. You have schedules, rules, work to be done and you need to do all of them to stay employed. In the beginning it is more difficult until everyone feels adapted to the new situation and can understand that it is not because the mother is at home that she can be asked every 5 minutes and do everything the children ask.

For mothers of babies, the tip is to prepare a comfortable place next to their workspace. Where he can work and keep an eye on while he is playing, having fun or even taking a nap. List your priorities which need more concentration and silence and put them into practice during your child’s sleep period. Try to make tasks less complicated and easier to solve for as long as it is in dispute with your attention.

For the older ones to talk and explain that mommy is working will help !! Who knows how to set up a mini office for him next to you equipped with a pad of paper, crayons and a toy phone for him to imitate you? This is a good way out and will guarantee good fun as well as distraction for a period. For children who are aware, a good conversation and an explanation of the new reality will make all the difference. Count on help in the silence of the house as even in the organization of the same and who knows help in work and learn new functions? Doing home office with children is definitely not easy, but nothing that a woman cannot face. Working, earning your own money and being around caring for and caring for your children doesn’t have a better prize., there is no better payment! Every effort, stress and tiredness ends up paying off in the end!

Report of a Crazed Home Office

About 4 years ago I started to dedicate myself to a project that is like a son to me. TF came out of a desire to share my experiences and, little by little it ended up becoming my job. As the easiest thing to do right now is to work from home, I became a dedicated and wholehearted home office! When I talk to people who work in the comfort of my home, I always hear many things, good things and also things that sound more like: Wow, how loose are you? Working from home is for those who can!

What crosses my mind? People think that because I work at home, I just sleep all afternoon or, I watch soap operas all day while I play blogging. What they barely know is the extreme dedication one has to have when doing a home office job! Imagine you, having 3 holiday creatures at home asking you at all times? It is not like the environment of a company in which everyone there, has a common purpose, to work. Being home office is cruel friend, make no mistake! The work that would take about 30 minutes to be done in an office environment, becomes extensive for at least 2 hours with so many interruptions! I often compare home office work with children at home, with a day full of interruptions at the office.Suppliers, telephone, boss, customer… The difference is that all these interruptions are made by the children or even by people who think that just because I work at home, I am at their disposal with TIME to do what they think they don’t have just because they work outside the home. House.

There are days when I wonder if working from home is the best option. Putting it on the scale for me right now is the best thing that could happen. I can accompany my children on a daily basis, educate and advise . I dedicate myself when they are sick and at the same time work when there is a break. However, sometimes the stress of not having time to enter or to leave consumes me. In the end, even though I am crazy, I love what I do and I try to dedicate myself more each day. As children grow, it becomes much easier to work from home, but the interruptions never end …

Patricia Amorim, 35, mother of 3 children of blood and 3 children of 4 legs, home office for 4 years and gone mad at the same time.

My name is Dr. Alexis Hart I am 38 years old, I am the mother of 3 beautiful children! Different ages, different phases 16 years, 12 years and 7 years. In love with motherhood since always, I found it difficult to make my dreams come true, and also some more after I was already a mother.

Since I imagined myself as a mother, in my thoughts everything seemed to be much easier and simpler than it really was, I expected to get pregnant as soon as I wished, but it wasn’t that simple. The first pregnancy was smooth, but my daughter’s birth was very troubled. Joana was born in 2002 with a weight of 2930kg and 45cm, from a very peaceful cesarean delivery but she had already been born with congenital pneumonia due to a broken bag not treated with antibiotics even before delivery.
