How to Start Introducing?

The pediatrician will guide you, but even then some moms may have doubts, so I’ll give you some tips on how to introduce baby food without fright and without fear. It usually starts with the little ones. They are suquinhos of natural and non-acidic fruits such as lime orange, apple juice, carrot juice, watermelon. In the first juice, the ideal is for the mother to observe if the baby has any radical changes in the poop . If you get out of order, you have to cut it out to talk to the pediatrician about it. After the juice, the introduction of the fruits themselves, such as mashed bananas, apples, papayas and other appropriate ones, which are not acidic, such as grapes, passion fruit, etc., begins. Acidic fruits can bake the baby in addition to clear to do harm. After this successful phase it is time for the baby food!

But how to prepare the baby’s first baby food? I usually do it as follows:

Ingredients:

  • 1 small potato
  • half carrot
  • 1 piece of meat or chicken

I also used to make a recipe and freeze it in glass jars, I sterilized the glasses with hot water and put the portion for each day and took it to the freezer, after hard, I covered it and it saved time in the kitchen and at the time of hunger. baby, I already had it on hand, it was enough to defrost it in the microwave. The foods that children tend to like most are potatoes, carrots, mandioquinha or parsnips, broccoli and Japanese strawberries. Of course, there are some foods like gherkin, yams, beets, which have to be presented to the baby, so he gets used to eating everything and especially to like it, to tune the palate as my mother says. Go testing and so you find out which foods are best accepted by the baby, the intake of natural juices fruits and vegetables is very important at this stage. It is so common to see videos of babies making faces at this stage, and this is due to the very different tastes that he experiences in this new stage. I die laughing every time I see it!
